To use it, just create a new instance of the Writer class with the following parameters: filename, track, artist, title, album, year, label, totaltracks.
These details will then be compared with the current tag and the file will be updated so that the id3 tag is populated from your parameters. The writer tries to detect whether any change is needed before altering the file.
